The main pocket in a leaf shape is 7" x 7.5" (18cm x 19cm)
There is a smaller leaf shaped pocket that is 6" x 6" (15cm x 15cm)
And one flat pocket hidden in the back: approx 7" x 7" (18cm x 18cm)

The strap is very adjustable and goes from 22" (56cm) to 47" (120cm)
